On May 16–27, 2026, WCC ATC Binalonan students helped restore a designated area around the Antonio Arnaiz Building through Project Luntian, a cleanup and planting initiative of the United Council of Aviators in partnership with the Community Extension Services Office and various student organizations.
Students cleared the area and planted 183 ornamental plants, including picarra, santan, suplera, India, pandakaki, forget-me-not, pandanus, aglaonema, kamuning, lantana, silver wall, red sea, spadgreen, and magey. Through their participation, they gained hands-on experience in environmental responsibility while contributing to the improvement and continued care of shared campus spaces.
Project Luntian supported SDG 15: Life on Land by promoting the protection, restoration, and responsible management of green spaces within the campus community.
