ABOUT THE PROGRAM


The Twinning and Training Program for a Ladderized Diploma in Aircraft Maintenance Technology, leading to a Bachelor's Degree in Aircraft Technology, is a partnership between WCC-ATC and the British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT). BCIT is one of Canada's largest post-secondary institutions, renowned for its practical, hands-on approach to learning and its commitment to producing highly skilled graduates.


With a strong emphasis on industry partnerships and real-world experience, this program ensures that its students are job-ready upon graduation. Under this program, students will spend the first two years at WCC-ATC. The subsequent two years will be completed at BCIT. While at BCIT, students have the chance to earn while studying, acquire internationally recognized credentials, and establish a pathway to permanent residency. The Ladderized Diploma in AMT, leading to a Bachelor’s Degree in Aircraft Technology, will be awarded upon completion of the program at BCIT.
