The Commission on Higher Education (CHED) announced last year that qualified Higher Education Institutions (HEI)s are allowed to reopen its campuses for face-to-face classes depending on their readiness amid the current public health situation.
Tourism and Hospitality students allowed for in-person learning are those with laboratory requirements for the semester.
