WCC Aeronautical & Technological College (WCC ATC) has officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Richmond American University London (RAUL) to enhance global academic collaboration and expand international learning opportunities in aviation and technology-related fields.
The signing took place during the World’s Universities with Real Impact (WURI) 2025 Global Conference at Tongmyong University in Busan, South Korea. The agreement was formalized by Dr. Phil Deans, President and Vice Chancellor of RAUL, and Dr. Roger MartinezJr., Vice President for Academic Affairs of WCC ATC.
Under this partnership, WCC and RAUL will work together on a wide range of academic and cultural exchange initiatives. These include opportunities for faculty and student exchanges, collaborative research and publications, intercultural immersion activities, and international internships designed to enhance global competence.
This collaboration supports WCC ATC’s strategic direction of integrating global perspectives into its aviation programs. By establishing strong international linkages, the WCC ATC continues to promote meaningful academic exchange and prepare its students for the demands of a global industry.
