WCC Aeronautical & Technological College (WCC ATC) Binalonan proudly advances its global research footprint as it serves as co-organizer and partner institution of the 3rd International Research and Innovation for Education, Engineering, and Agriculture (IRICEEA) 2025, a three-day international conference hosted by Don Mariano Marcos Memorial State University (DMMMSU).

The conference brings together scholars, researchers, and innovators from around the world to present breakthroughs in Technology, Education, Culture, and Agriculture, fostering collaboration among leading Higher Education Institutions in Region I and beyond.

A key highlight of Day 1 was the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) signing, held at the Ignition Pavilion, R Garage, Brgy. Disso-or, Bauang, La Union. Representing WCC ATC Binalonan was Dr. Roger A. Martinez Jr., Vice President for Academic Affairs, who formalized the institution’s continued partnership in this prestigious research platform for the third consecutive year.

By co-organizing IRICEEA 2025, WCC ATC strengthens its commitment to a vibrant culture of research, extension, and international academic collaboration—opening more avenues for joint publications, faculty engagement, and innovative research opportunities for WCC ATC students and faculty.
