July 19, 2024 – WCC Aeronautical and Technological College (WCC-ATC) received a Plaque of Recognition from the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) Regional Office I at The Monarch Hotel in Calasiao, Pangasinan.
The recognition highlights WCC-ATC's inclusion in the 2024 international rankings of higher education institutions, specifically in the Times Higher Education Impact Ranking and the World University Rankings for Innovation.
Dr. Roger Martinez, WCC-ATC Vice President for Academic Affairs, together with colleagues, represented and received the award for WCC-ATC from CHED Chairman Dr. J. Prospero De Vera III and Dr. Christine N. Ferrer, Director IV of CHED Regional Office I.
The awarding ceremony also brought together leaders and educators to discuss and promote excellence in higher education.
